The tools themselves are made from nickel-plated chrome vanadium steel which means you can apply plenty of force when tightening or loosening things without fear of anything breaking.
At 193g it also manages to be fairly lightweight for something packing this much clout, which is all down to its aluminium shell and its smart design.
