The Bell Helmet Crash Replacement policy allows you to buy a replacement Bell helmet which has been damaged in a crash, at a reduced price.
To participate in the scheme you must have purchased your helmet within the last two years from one of our UK or Irish Retailers and be a resident in the UK or Ireland.
To take advantage of this scheme all you need to do is drop us an email with the below information
Please send the above information to customer.services@zyrofisher.co.uk and our dedicated team will confirm the price and then contact you for the applicable payment and arrange the order for your replacement helmet.
We will despatch your new helmet to your nominated delivery address within seven working days. Your helmet will be delivered to you between 09.00 and 17.30 and will require a signature. Please ensure that someone will be able to accept the delivery at your nominated delivery address.
Please note that not all Helmets are eligible to be replaced on this scheme. Below is a list of the eligible helmets:
